Refunds & billing policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026 · Klaren LLC
1. What we sell
Klaren LLC licenses SwiftPA software to business and organizational customers. We do not sell physical merchandise through this website. License scope, implementation, support, and other commercial terms are described in the applicable order form or written agreement.
2. Prices and taxes
SwiftPA pricing is provided by agreement rather than through a public self-serve price list. Applicable taxes may be added to invoices. The amount and payment schedule stated in the applicable order form or invoice govern.
3. Payment processing
Payments may be processed by third-party processors such as Stripe. By paying, you also agree to the processor’s applicable terms. Klaren does not store full card numbers on the static klaren.health site.
4. SwiftPA licensing
SwiftPA fees, implementation charges, renewal, support, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the signed licensing agreement or order form. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees paid for an active license period are non-refundable after access or implementation begins, except where required by law or agreed by Klaren in writing.
- Duplicate accidental charges: email us with the invoice or receipt; we will review clear duplicates.
- Service issues: report material technical problems promptly so we can investigate and work toward a reasonable correction.
- Cancellation: follow the notice and renewal terms in the applicable written agreement.
5. No outcome guarantee
Payment for SwiftPA purchases software access and related services only. It does not purchase a guarantee of insurer approval, payment, faster processing, or any coverage result. Coverage decisions remain with the applicable payer.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer so we can resolve delivery or billing issues quickly. Abuse of chargebacks may result in suspension or termination under the applicable agreement.
7. How to request a refund or billing help
Use the Contact page with:
- The organization and email associated with the account or invoice
- Approximate purchase date and amount
- Order, invoice, or receipt ID if available
- A short description of the issue; do not include PHI
We aim to respond within two business days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version. Changes apply to transactions made after the updated date unless a written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
